Because every Crayons to Cotton item is custom-made from your child’s artwork, all orders are final sale once created. However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will always make it right.


✨ Custom Orders Are Final Sale

All items are personalized using artwork you submit and a digital proof you approve.
For that reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color selected

  • General buyer’s remorse

  • Orders delivered more than 30 days ago

If the final product matches your approved mockup, it is not eligible for return.


πŸ’› If There’s an Issue, We’ll Fix It

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Different from the approved proof,

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at crayonstocotton@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will remake the item at no cost or provide a refund if a remake isn’t possible.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
